- Inside oven โ wiped clean (run self-clean 24 hours prior to scheduled cleaning)
- Interior refrigerator & freezer โ washed clean
- All rooms โ straighten and tidy
- Ceiling fans and light fixtures (within 2-step ladder reach) โ hand wiped
- Light fixtures (within 2-step ladder reach) โ hand washed in place (not removed)
- Cobwebs โ removed
- Blinds, window sills, and lock ledges โ damp wiped
- Moldings and woodwork โ hand-washed
- Baseboards โ hand-washed
- Lamps and lampshades โ dusted
- Pictures and knick-knacks โ damp wiped
- Furniture (fronts, sides, and legs) โ damp wiped, and polished
- Top of the refrigerator โ damp wiped
- Outside of appliances โ washed and polished (if stainless steel)
- Inside microwave โ scrubbed and wiped
- Stovetop, grates, and drip pans โ scrubbed clean
- Countertops and backsplashes โ scrubbed clean
- Kitchen cabinet fronts (2-step ladder reach) โ scrubbed clean and damp wiped
- Sinks โ scrubbed clean and sanitized
- Window over the sink โ cleaned (screens not removed)
- Patio/Sliding doors โ cleaned (one set only)
- Tub/shower and tiles โ double scrubbed and washed for build-up
- Bathroom cabinets โ damp wiped
- All bathroom counters and fixtures โ washed clean and sanitized
- Wastebaskets โ emptied, wiped clean, and relined
- Stairs โ vacuumed and wood dusted
- Floors โ vacuumed and mopped
- Beds made โ sheets changed (if fresh linens are provided)
